Conditioning M/W - $25/mo
Any Single Style/Any 2 days/wk - $50/mo
Kids Class 5 days/wk - $75/mo
Any/All Classes 3-4 days/wk - $75/mo*
*Basically you can participate in everything we do!

  • Assault Prevention Class - great for groups or clubs
  • Cage Conditioning at 6am on M/W/F - look like a fighter or ring girl without getting punched in the face! 35 min class with awesome conditioning circuits
  • Stop by and try it out - 1st class is always free!
