To move up in belts, student must show knowledge of techniques, both offensice and defensive (timelines will approximate).

Competition Team
If you are selected for the competition team, it will require extra time:
- Be ready to spar at 6:35pm. Always bring your gear!
- 3 classes per week are required. Saturdays are a must!
- Tournament fees are usually $45.00
You are responcible for purchasing the competition gear.
